SAP Service Management Consultant

You will participate in implementation projects of Asset and Plant Maintenance solutions at client site.

More specifically, you will be responsible for delivering Plant Maintenance (PM) or Customer Service (CS) solutions.

Your tasks include analysis workshops, SAP configuration, project management, change management, testing, training and user support.

In your role, you will participate in/or facilitate business process definition and modeling, check the feasibility of this business model regarding the SAP S/4 HANA products and configure the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical/reporting needs.

You will focus on the SAP applications used within the Assets department and you form the bridge between the business and IT.

Expectations

You have solid knowledge of SAP PM (SAP Plant Maintenance) or SAP CS (SAP Customer Service).

You have at least 3-7 years of project experience in the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module or in the SAP Customer Service (CS) module, including the modelling of business processes and the drafting of Business Requirements.

Experience in other SAP modules as MM, PS or Finance is an asset.

You have a university degree or the equivalent by experience.

You are fluent in Dutch and English with a good basic knowledge of French.

You have a good understanding of asset and plant maintenance processes.

You have an interest in work scheduling and exaction processes and tools (SAP FSM – Field Service Management).

You have good analytical and modeling skills.

You are a team player with strong communication skills, willing to learn.

You are open to work in an international environment and to work abroad if needed.
