Business Manager Life Science

To accelerate the growth of its consulting activities in the Belgian market, the company is currently looking for Business Managers to support the development of consulting activities in Life Sciences & Chemicals.

As a Business Manager, you are responsible for:

Project & Contract Management

• Managing one or more projects and ensuring successful project delivery towards clients.

Business Development

• Developing consulting activities and offerings around the company’s key service lines: increasing performance, driving innovation, and leveraging compliance.

Team Leadership

• Building and developing your own team of high-potential consultants (including career and personal development), in close cooperation with the HR department.

Your Background

• Between 0 and 2 years of experience at a consultancy firm or in a management role within the industry

• A Master’s degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering and/or an MBA

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English; good knowledge of German is a valuable asset

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills

• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills

• Experience in managing teams and developing people

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong commercial acumen, perseverance, and ambition

• Resilience and willingness to go the extra mile
